Lilach Katalan Labi

Lilach Katalan Labi has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Nextage, a leading financial services firm specializing in the Israel and the United States Hi-Tech business ecosystems. In this position, Lilach leads IPOs, manages M&As, performs due diligence, and raises financing for a wide range of emerging startups and high-growth technology companies.

Previously, Lilach worked as a CFO for a global company involved in software, real estate, service, and leisure fields from 2016 to 2021. Lilach was responsible for financial management and contributed to the success of the organization during their tenure.

In addition, Lilach served as the VP of Finance at Karamba Security, a former Chief Accountant at Hadassa Medical Centers, and the Director of Finance and Operations in the high-tech industry. Lilach gained experience in managing budgets, handling financial reporting, and working with international entities in these roles.

Before that, Lilach worked as the CPA-Reporting and Control Department Manager at HOT Mobile, the Financial Controller at Aspen Group Ltd, and an Accountant at EL AL Israel Airlines.

Throughout their career, Lilach has showcased their expertise in financial management, team leadership, and strategic decision-making. Lilach has effectively managed large turnovers, supervised teams, and contributed to the success and growth of various organizations.

Lilach Katalan Labi holds a Bachelor's degree, Master's in Business Administration (MBA), and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from The College of Management Academic Studies.
