Nextalia has developed a proprietary approach – ESGNext – to actively promote ESG factors across investment and portfolio management processes, thus emerging as a distinctive player in the Italian private equity market.

Nextalia intends to launch “Nextalia Private Equity”, an alternative, closed-end investment fund focused on high growth potential SMEs, the backbone of the Italian economy, acting as the preferred partner to accelerate value creation through investments, managerial support, and access to its proprietary network.
