Cezary Dudek

Cezary Dudek is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in brand management and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Marketing & Communications at Nextbike Polska S.A. since November 2020, Cezary oversees content creation for nearly 2.5 million users across multiple bikesharing systems in Poland. Previously, Cezary was Communications Manager at CityBee, where responsibilities included launching the first major car-sharing service in Poland and enhancing brand visibility. Further experience includes roles as Community Manager at ITMAGINATION and JustDrive, focusing on internal communication and community engagement, as well as Community Project Manager at BlaBlaCar, where Cezary coordinated community initiatives and managed marketing communication efforts. Cezary holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kozminski University, completed in 2016.
