Yun Wang

Yun Wang is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing mapping platforms and pipeline automation at NextBillion.ai since May 2020, utilizing Go and Python alongside internal React.js tools. Previously, as a Software Engineering Manager at Grab from November 2017 to April 2020, Yun led the design of a real-time visualization tool, was instrumental in creating GrabView, which received the IEEE BigMM 2019 Best Demo Award, and contributed to the development of Grab Maps. Prior roles include Fullstack Software Engineer at Grab, where modules for Geo Tools were designed with React.js and Go, and Senior Web Developer at Geekniu, focusing on BaaS solutions and IoT telemetry. Yun's career began at Shenghuatang Technologies as a Web Developer. Yun holds a Master's degree in Aesthetics and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Beijing International Studies University.
