Norma Fares has extensive experience in product management and IT within the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Nextcare - Allianz Partners since April 2015, Norma previously held positions such as Product Manager at Logos and IT Manager at ISNAD. Norma's career began as an Oracle Programmer at Isticharat in 2000, followed by a significant tenure as Software Development Manager at Cumberland Insurance & Total Care Lebanon, focusing on various technical areas including insurance systems and payroll. Norma holds a Maitrise Es Sciences degree in Computer Sciences from Lebanese University and has pursued additional training through New Horizons.
