Mikkell Jackson Roeland

Mikkell Jackson Roeland has worked in a variety of roles in the executive search and talent acquisition fields since 2010. Mikkell began their career as an Executive Recruiter at Parker and Lynch in 2010. In 2015, they moved to Modis, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter and Business Development Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Director, Executive Search at Waldron. In 2020, they were a Talent Acquisition Consultant (1 year engagement) at Dogwood Health Trust. In 2021, they began working as an Executive Search Consultant at The Valtas Group. Most recently, they have been a Co-Founder Executive Search Practice at NextDeavor Services since 2022.

Mikkell Jackson Roeland received their Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from Cornell University. Prior to that, they attended Albemarle High School. In addition, they hold several certifications from LinkedIn, including Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Organizational Learning and Development, and Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers. Mikkell also previously held Series 7 and 63 licenses, which have since expired.
