Gizem Kocak

Gizem Kocak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Gizem started their most recent position as a Technical Recruiter at Nextdoor in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Primer.ai as a Senior Recruiter from August 2021 to February 2022, and as a Recruiter and Operations Program Manager from August 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining Primer.ai, Gizem worked at YouAppi as an HR & Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer from December 2018 to August 2019. Following that, in 2013-2014, they pursued a Pedagogical Formation program at Akdeniz University, focusing on Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction. Gizem then went on to earn a Master's degree in Linguistics and Literary Studies from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, which they completed between 2017 and 2018. Additionally, in November 2013, they obtained an internship at the Ministry of European and Foreign Affairs in Turkey.
