Orrion C.

Orrion C. currently serves as the Compensation Lead at Nextdoor, a position held since June 2023, following a role as Compensation Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant in Equity Compensation at Aon from July 2021 to June 2023. Earlier, Orrion was a Tax Staff member at EY from September 2019 to June 2021, focusing on indirect tax matters such as VAT and GST. Beginning in May 2018, Orrion contributed as a Financial Institution Specialist at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, evaluating bank operations and risk management. Orrion holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Economics and International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and has also studied at National Taiwan Normal University and CUHK Business School.
