Ramkishore Swaminathan

Ramkishore Swaminathan began their work experience in 2016 as a Software Engineering Intern at Yelp, where they worked with the Ads Targeting team. During this time, they developed machine learning algorithms to enhance the Yelp ads recommendation engine and implemented user-specific features to improve prediction results. In 2017, Ramkishore joined Nextdoor as a Machine Learning Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Ramkishore Swaminathan has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy. Ramkishore also has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in various subjects such as Big Data, Data Products Development, Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Inference, Text Retrieval and Search Engines, Image and Video Processing, Pattern Discovery in Data Mining, Game Theory, R Programming, Getting and Cleaning Data, Practical Machine Learning, Reproducible Research, The Data Scientist's Toolbox, Introduction to Statistics, Statistical Learning, Machine Learning, and Statistics from various institutions including Coursera, Udacity, and edX.
