Shireen Santosham

Shireen Santosham currently serves as the Executive Director of the Nextdoor Kind Foundation and the Head of Social Impact at Nextdoor since March 2022, while also holding a position as a lecturer at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Prior experience includes leading strategic initiatives at Plenty from January 2020 to February 2022, and serving as San Jose's first Chief Innovation Officer in the Mayor's Office from January 2016 to January 2020. Shireen has also worked with GSMA in various leadership roles, including Director of Research & Insights, and held positions at Oceana, McKinsey & Company, Vulcan, Inc., Save the Children, and NERA Economic Consulting. Shireen holds an MBA and MPA from Harvard, and dual bachelor's degrees in International Relations and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
