Fabricio Costa

Fabricio Costa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Fabricio started their career at Dana Incorporated in 2004, where they held various roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Production Manager, and Cost Engineering Manager. In 2013, they moved to AGCO Corporation as a Purchasing Manager for South America before joining Nexteer Automotive in 2016. At Nexteer Automotive, they started as a Sr Global Commodity Cost Manager and later became the Global Product Line Purchasing Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director, Global Supply Management at Nexteer Automotive.

Fabricio Costa has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained between 2003 and 2009. Fabricio also holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2011-2012. In addition, Fabricio has a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from SETA Desenvolvimento Gerencial.
