Jonas Regenfuss

Jonas Regenfuss began their career in 2002 as a Student Trainee at Siemens. Jonas then worked at different companies in various legal roles, including Delphi Corp as a Trainee/Lawyer, Capgemini as a Legal Counsel, and Delphi as an In-house Counsel. Jonas also served as a Legal Adviser for EU-Affairs at the German Bar Association - EU Office.

From 2013 onwards, Jonas joined Nexteer Automotive and held multiple positions, including Legal Director for Europe, Legal Director for Europe & International Divisions, and Legal Director for EMEA & South America. In these roles, they were responsible for legal and compliance matters, contract negotiations, litigation, and corporate and compliance issues. Additionally, they represented Nexteer in industry associations and served as a trusted business advisor.

Jonas Regenfuss has a diverse education history. Jonas holds a degree in Law from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they focused on European and International Law. Jonas also completed a Graduate Judicial Clerkship, specializing in Business Law. Additionally, Jonas studied at Turku Law School, earning a diploma in International Criminal Law. Jonas has a background in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm. Furthermore, they attended Bertold-Brecht Gymnasium, where they obtained their Abitur degree. Jonas also received an honorary diploma from Hamilton Southeastern High School in Indiana. In terms of additional certifications, Jonas has completed various courses and programs related to management skills, communication, climate change, sustainability strategies, remote leadership, and lean management.
