Paul Fisher, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Paul started their career at Wright-K Technology as an MIS Technician, providing technical support and network administration. Paul then worked at APB Computer Technologies as an Owner/Partner, managing business functions and providing computer services. Paul later became a Contract Electrical Engineer at Dynamic Corporation, specializing in embedded systems prototype software design.

In 2001, Paul joined Delphi Steering as a Project Engineer, where they developed embedded systems hardware and software for electronic steering systems. Paul also managed advanced development projects. Paul continued this role until 2009 when they transitioned to Advantage Technical Resourcing as an Electrical Engineer contracted to Nexteer Automotive. At Nexteer Automotive, Paul worked on the development of embedded systems hardware and software for electronic steering systems, as well as project management for advanced development projects.

In 2011, Paul returned to Nexteer Automotive as a Senior Electrical Engineer, focusing on the design, analysis, and testing of embedded systems hardware and software for electronic steering systems. Paul also took on project management responsibilities for steering systems advanced development projects.

In 2014, Paul was promoted to the role of R&D Electrical Hardware Supervisor, leading the research and development electrical hardware group. Paul managed projects and resources, designed electronic control units, devices, and sensors, and designed embedded systems, circuits, power electronics, and printed circuit boards.

Most recently, Paul served as the Principal Electronics Engineer at Nexteer Automotive. In this role, they were responsible for the design and analysis of specific product circuits, component selection, design reviews, and PCB layout reviews.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in embedded systems, electrical hardware design, project management, and team leadership.

Paul Fisher, P.E. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Kettering University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Delta College from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued pre-engineering studies. In addition, Paul Fisher holds additional certifications, including a Professional Engineer License obtained in November 2004 from the State of Michigan - Dept. of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth, and a certification in Digital Body Language from LinkedIn in 2022.
