Rebeca Chávez

Rebeca Chávez is an accomplished communications and corporate social responsibility professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including automotive and non-profit. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Communications and CSR for Nexteer Automotive's Mexico Division since November 2018, Rebeca develops and oversees strategies that enhance employee engagement and align communications with business priorities. Previous roles include Communications Coordinator at Nexteer Automotive, where Rebeca led employee engagement initiatives, and Communications & Digital Marketing at Ethikos 3.0 in Barcelona. Rebeca's background also includes significant contributions at AAM, where responsibilities involved internal and external communications for multiple manufacturing plants, and earlier roles at Cruz Roja Mexicana I.A.P. and PTI-QCS. Rebeca holds a Master's degree in Business Innovation from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Universidad Iberoamericana León. Additional education includes a postgraduate program in Photography.
