Ricardo Souza

Ricardo Souza has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ricardo started their career at John Deere in 2005 as a PL Accounting Analyst and continued working there until 2011. Then, they joined Bausch + Lomb as a Sr Accounting Analyst from 2012 to 2016. Following that, Souza moved to HARMAN DO BRASIL and held various roles including Senior Analyst Financial Planning & Analysis, Especialista em Planejamento Financeiro e Reporte, South America FP&A Specialist, and South America Controlling Specialist from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are the Head of Finance | Accounting and Cost at Nexteer Automotive since November 2020.

Ricardo Souza completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão Empresarial at Uniritter from 2017 to 2018. Ricardo also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ciências Contábeis from Faculdade São Judas Tadeu between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Communicating Across Cultures, Creative Collaboration, and Using Power BI with Excel (2019) from LinkedIn, all in 2022.
