Wendong Zhang

Wendong Zhang was appointed as a non-Executive Director in November 2020. She has served as the Deputy General Manager of Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co., Ltd. since July 2018. Since November 2017, she has also been appointed as the Non-Executive Director, the member of Audit Committee, the member of Compensation Committee and the member of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of UTStarcom Holdings Corp.
