Francesca D'Aniello currently serves as the Head of Operations at Nextens since October 2013, playing a vital role in the Senior Leadership Team by developing operational strategies that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing operational performance, alongside overseeing Sales Operations and Data Operations, including Data Governance and Insights. Previously, Francesca held the position of Head of Customer Success, leading four departments with a focus on improving customer experiences and achieving departmental goals in line with global strategy. Earlier roles include Team Leader positions in Customer Support and Telemarketing, as well as Account Manager positions at Lightspeed Research, and Director of Reservations and Revenue at Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam. Francesca began a career in the hospitality sector as Duty Manager at Monte-Carlo SBM. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden.
