Johan Olivier

Johan Olivier is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Nexteq PLC since August 2021. Prior roles include Group Finance Director and Acting CFO at XP Power, and Vice President of FP&A at Finastra, where Johan led financial analysis and reporting processes for executive leadership and the board, contributed to achieving financial performance targets, and built a new FP&A function during the Misys/D+H merger. Prior to these positions, Johan served as Finance Integration Lead at Misys, managing group financial reporting and driving process improvements across multiple locations. Additional experience includes leadership roles in finance at Equus Petroleum, Logica, Subsea 7, and PwC South Africa. Johan holds an Honours Bachelor's in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Stellenbosch University.
