Christopher Nunalee

Christopher Nunalee has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as VP of NextEra Analytics at NextEra Energy, Inc. since January 2015. In this role, Christopher has held various titles including Executive Director of Energy Analytics & Design Optimization, Sr Director of Energy Resource Assessment and Optimization, Manager of Wind Resource Assessment, and Senior Resource Modeling Analyst. Prior experience includes a Research Fellow position at the National Center for Atmospheric Research from May 2012 to December 2013 and an Energy Modeling Intern role at WindSim AS during the summer of 2013. Christopher holds a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from North Carolina State University, where education was completed in 2015, and a Bachelor's of Science in Meteorology from the same institution, earned in 2011.
