Heather Gervais

Heather Gervais is an experienced professional in the fields of health, safety, and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Health & Safety Customer Service at NextEra Energy, Inc. since June 2019, Heather also holds the position of Safety Manager at Florida Power & Light Company, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety management since May 2016. Prior roles include Workers' Compensation Consultant II at Florida Power & Light since July 2013, Director of Human Resources at IWT, and Division Manager of Safety Health and Environmental at Liberty Medical Supply. With a foundation in human resources and safety management, Heather has effectively managed safety programs for large workforces, including 2,800 non-union employees nationwide. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a focus on Human Resources and Finance from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Indian River State College.
