Joeri Carty

Joeri Carty, MBA, MBB, PCC, serves as the Executive Director and Head of IT Nuclear at NextEra Energy, Inc., where responsibilities include supporting systems and applications for Nuclear plants, modernizing data platforms, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. Carty also acts as Chairman of the Board at Red Rocks Credit Union, providing strategic direction, and is a leadership and executive coach at Carty Magnificent Coaching. Previous roles encompass significant positions at Florida Power & Light Company, including Sr Director of IT Applications and Director of Strategic Projects, as well as board membership with Help Eliminate ALS. With an educational background that includes an Executive MBA and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida, Carty also completed an Executive Education program at Yale School of Management focused on sustainability.
