Oluwasegun Giwa

Oluwasegun (Marcus) Giwa is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in various roles, including Junior Cloud Engineer and IT Automation Engineer at NextEra Energy, Inc., since July 2022. In addition to technical positions, Oluwasegun has served as a MS-ISOM Student Ambassador at the University of Florida, contributing to student engagement and academic resources. As a co-founder and choreographer for the Phantom X Dance Troupe, Oluwasegun focused on community development in dance. Prior experience includes working as an Operations Supervisor and Technology Consultant at the University of Florida, as well as a DevOps Intern at AbbVie, where Oluwasegun automated translation services using cloud technologies. Educated at the University of Florida, Oluwasegun holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Operations Management and Business Administration, respectively.
