Randy Wilk is an experienced technology and transformation leader with a strong background in Agile methodologies and portfolio management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Technology Portfolio Manager at NextEra Energy, Inc., Randy specializes in guiding IT teams to enhance technology delivery and program outcomes. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Engineering and Strategic Transformation at MetaBank, where Randy developed compliant Banking as a Service solutions, and Vice President roles at FIS, where significant improvements in project delivery and operational revenue were achieved through Agile transformations. Randy's foundational experience includes senior positions in software development and architecture at various technology firms, complemented by academic qualifications that include a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and Computer Science from McGill University.
