Alex Rubio

Alex Rubio is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at NextEra Energy, Inc. since November 2018, Rubio has held various leadership positions within NextEra Energy Resources, including Vice President of Business Management for the North Region and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to these roles, Rubio was Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Florida Power & Light Company and practiced law as an Associate Attorney at Hogan & Hartson and Steel Hector & Davis LLP. Rubio holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of Florida, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
