Matthew Weston is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process validation and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Process Validation Manager at Nextern since May 2021, Matthew has previously held roles as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Medtronic and Smiths Medical, alongside experience in process development and validation. Beginning a career as a Manufacturing Intern at BTD in 2015, Matthew has developed a comprehensive skill set in composite materials engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University.
