Chandramohan M has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 30 years. Chandramohan has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in areas such as IIOT, Smart Manufacturing, MES, and machine tools automation. Some notable positions include being the Chief Operating Officer at NextFirst, a Professional Consultant in the field of new technology concepts at Freelancing, and an IIOT Consultant at EURO GULF Machine Tools and Automation. Chandramohan M has also served as a Principal Consultant and Business Development Leader at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group and a Senior Delivery Manager at Barry-Wehmiller International (B-WI), where they played a crucial role in developing the MES practice. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Schwing Stetter India, specializing in PLC/HMI applications and software development for Concrete Batching Plants. At the start of their career, Chandramohan M served as a Design Engineer at Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd, where they focused on machine and equipment design and project planning.

Chandramohan M pursued their Masters of Engineering degree in Applied Electronics from PSG College of Technology from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in various areas, such as Leadership Fundamentals, Delivery & Program Management, and Project Management Excellence, from Barry-Wehmiller University in the USA. Chandramohan earned the Leadership Fundamentals certification in July 2016, the Delivery & Program Management certification in May 2012, and the Project Management Excellence certification in May 2010.
