Fabian Schnegg has a diverse and extensive background in the field of engineering, particularly focusing on die bonding and assembly processes. With experience at companies such as KYRO-Tec Engineering Services, Skyworks Solutions, Osram Opto Semiconductors, NextFlex, and Besi Netherlands B.V., Fabian has honed their skills in equipment engineering, customer and supplier management, and process optimization. Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, Fabian has also gained international experience in Europe, Asia, USA, and Mexico. Currently serving as the Fab Manufacturing Manager and Sr Process Development Engineer at NextFlex, Fabian excels in leading teams and developing innovative solutions for customer projects and new technologies.
