Blake Weishaar

Blake Weishaar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Blake started their career in 2005 as an Associate Director of Chapter Services at Sigma Chi Fraternity. In 2006, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Sherwin Williams before transitioning to ProTrans International in 2007. At ProTrans International, they served as a Logistics Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst. In 2012, they joined ExactTarget as a Business Analyst, focusing on Sites & Communities. Finally, in 2014, they joined NextGear Capital, where they have held positions such as Business Analyst, Product Manager, and currently as the Director of Product Management.

Blake Weishaar obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State University - Miller College of Business from 2001 to 2005. In 2009, they received a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. Blake also holds several additional certifications, including Implementing Winning Strategies from Columbia Business School Executive Education in November 2020, Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from LUMA Institute in October 2020, Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level III (Foundations, Focus, Build) from Pragmatic Marketing in April 2017, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in July 2014.
