Devon Ngo

Devon Ngo is a Business Intelligence Analyst II at NextGear Capital, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis since June 2023. Previously, Devon served as an Orr Fellow from June 2021 to June 2023, gaining multifaceted experience in high-growth companies in Indianapolis, including roles as Operations Analyst at WSI Technologies, Data Analyst at Realync, and logistics and event coordination. Notable accomplishments include driving efficiencies through automation, optimizing client reporting processes, and enhancing virtual programming experiences. Devon earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, with additional education from Imperial College London.
