Jon Avery

Jon Avery has an extensive background in management and compliance within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Midwest Regional Manager of Field Services at NextGear Capital since January 2016. Avery has held multiple roles at NextGear Capital, including Funding Compliance Manager and Corporate Audit Specialist, demonstrating a strong expertise in funding and compliance processes. In addition, Avery has experience in coaching, having served as the Assistant Men Basketball Coach at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School from September 2017 to August 2022. Avery began professional career as a Contact Representative at ITT Technical Institute and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned in 2010.
