Josh Polston

Josh Polston is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in risk management, military leadership, and personal protection. Currently serving as a Lead Risk Specialist at NextGear Capital since December 2013, Josh previously held a position as a personal protection specialist while seeking new opportunities from June 2012 to December 2013. Josh's military experience as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army, from December 2005 to June 2012, included leading a team in weapons instruction training and overseeing the training and establishment of the Fallujah Iraqi police force as a Police Transition Team leader. Josh earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Phoenix Indianapolis between 2013 and 2015.
