Julia Mossor

Julia Mossor's work experience began in 2002 at Citi as a Branch Manager until 2005. Julia then joined Saxon Mortgage in 2005 as an Area Sales Manager and was later promoted to Sales Training Manager until 2008. Since 2008, Julia has been working at NextGear Capital, starting as a General Manager and gradually progressing to Regional Director of Operations and eventually becoming the Region Director for the North East Region.

Julia Mossor pursued their undergraduate studies at The University of Akron from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clothing and Textiles and Marketing. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include "Building Resilience and Preventing Burnout" from Duke Corporate Education in July 2022, "Communicating Strategy" from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in May 2022, "Building Your Team Coaching Playbook" from Duke Corporate Education in March 2022, and "Leading Effective Decision-Making" from Yale School of Management in August 2021. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a "Certified Master Dealer" and has completed training at The Buckley School of Public Speaking, known as the Reid Buckley School of Public Speaking.
