Kelsey Aslam

Kelsey Aslam has extensive experience in management and customer service within the financial services industry, currently serving as Sr Manager of Floorplan Services at NextGear Capital since April 2013. Responsibilities include managing a team of Customer Service Advisors, ensuring compliance with key performance metrics, and mentoring staff. Previous roles at NextGear Capital involved leading business and lending services, hiring and training staff, and establishing auditing processes. Kelsey’s earlier experience includes therapeutic roles at Hook Rehabilitation Center, where treatment was provided to patients with diverse diagnoses, and positions in counseling and support for individuals with autism. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
