Nicki Rough

Nicki Rough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Management at NextGear Capital since September 2016. Throughout tenure at NextGear, Nicki has successfully led Salesforce platform upgrades, managed disaster recovery exercises, and implemented agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency. Previous roles include Owner and Photographer at Celia Nichole Photography, Operations Resource Manager at TeleVox Healthcare, and various project management positions at Samsung Electronics America. Nicki holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Acoustical Engineering from the same institution.
