Sandy Moon

Sandy Moon is an experienced professional in client experience and records management, currently serving as the AVP of Client Experience at NextGear Capital since December 2012. In this role, Sandy leads multiple teams, ensuring achievement of performance targets and development of team members. Sandy has previously held the position of Director of Records, overseeing operations and collaboration within the Records Department. Prior to NextGear Capital, Sandy worked at Dealer Services Corporation as the Records Department Manager and Customer Portfolio Representative, managing title specialists and customer accounts. Sandy's early career includes roles at AFC - Automotive Finance Corporation, Plaza Auto Auction, Mid-America Lists, and Marriott Hotels, providing a diverse background in customer service and operations. Sandy holds an Associate of Arts degree from Irvine Valley College.
