Lauren Rutley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client experience management and program development. Currently serving as AVP and Manager for RPS Client Experience & Program Development at T. Rowe Price since March 2022, Lauren leads a team focused on B2B client communications and co-leads the Maryland Chapter of the THRIVE (Disabilities) Business Resource Group. In addition, Lauren operates Lauren Rutley Art Studio, renowned for creating best-selling abstract wall art featured by West Elm and on HGTV’s Property Brothers spin-off Celebrity IOU. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President at Sandy Spring Bank, where Lauren received the President's Circle Principle Award, as well as various positions at Westat, Rydex Investments, Legg Mason, MedStar Health, BACI Management Inc, and Mix 106.5. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland and has pursued non-degree studies in Computer Graphics at The Maryland Institute College of Art.
