Prior to this role, Octavian worked as a Tehnician retele telecomunicatii at ILINK from 2007 to November 2008 and at sc bv srl from March 2006 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree from Facultatea de Informatica obtained between 2004 and 2008, and a bachelor's degree from Colegiul Universitar Romano-Bulgar Giurgiu from 2001 to 2004, along with an education from Colegiul National ION MAIORESCU from 1997 to 2001.
