Will Winters

Will Winters is an experienced political organizer currently serving as National Programs Manager at NextGen America since June 2022, following roles as State Director. Previously, Will held the position of National Organizing Director at GOTVax. Other notable roles include Deputy Organizing Director for the New Jersey Democratic State Committee and the North Carolina Democratic Party, and Regional Field Director for the Kentucky Democratic Party and the Tennessee Democratic Coordinated Campaign. Will's career began with grassroots organizing as East Tennessee Field Organizer for the Tennessee Democratic Party and was marked by leadership as President of both the College Democrats of Tennessee and the Maryville College Democrats. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Maryville College, earned in 2017.
