Mitch Shaw

Mitch Shaw is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining applications across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at NextGen Federal Systems since February 2017, Mitch specializes in web applications utilizing Java, JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX, Angular, and RESTful services. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed software maintenance and development for an airborne radar system, primarily using ANSI C and Fortran. Early career roles at Dynamix, Inc. and the Naval Security Group Activity involved scripting, build duties, and technical advising. Mitch holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of West Florida.
