Steven Rice

Steven Rice is an experienced sales and community leader with a diverse background in regional and national sales management. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at NextGen Furniture Inc. since May 2024, Steven previously held the position of National Sales Manager at Ubique Group and Regional Sales Executive at Marco Group Inc., focusing on engaging schools and dealers. Steven has also contributed to community and youth development through roles such as Family Pastor at Celebration Church and Director of The Joplin Promise, where leadership included coordinating youth outreach and community rebuilding efforts. Steven's career includes positions in hospitality management at Chick-fil-A-Corporate and account management in various sectors, underpinned by a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Intercultural Studies from Ozark Christian College.
