Tin Cao

Tin Cao is an experienced RAN Engineer currently working at NextGen, a Kelly Telecom Company, since December 2020, specializing in T-Mobile projects. Previously, Tin served as a Field Engineer at Nexius from March 2017 to June 2020, focusing on TMO Modernization with expertise in GSM, UMTS, AWS, and PCS LTE technologies. Prior to this, Tin worked at Huawei for a brief period in 2011 as a Field Engineer and spent three years at Parsons from January 2008 to February 2011 with a similar role, concentrating on installation, integration, and troubleshooting of UMTS. Tin's career began as a Field Tech at Goodman Networks from February 2006 to December 2007.
