Ben Herrington

Ben Herrington is an experienced leader in research and development within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of R&D at NextGen Healthcare since May 2018, Ben previously held the position of Senior Director of Research and Development. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Software Development at QSI | NextGen Healthcare, where Ben managed development processes for cloud-based solutions, and as Senior Web Systems Analyst at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, leading a team to implement web solutions for various departments. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Augusta State University and completed undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Computer Science at The University of Georgia.
