Daniel Emig

Daniel Emig is an experienced leader in cloud computing and IT outsourcing, currently serving as the VP of Managed Cloud Services at QSI | NextGen Healthcare since September 2014, where strategic guidance and operational improvements have been key focuses. Prior to this role, Daniel provided executive consulting in cloud computing to NextGen, and held several significant positions at Siemens Healthcare, including VP of Cloud Computing and IT Outsourcing, where management of a $500M managed services business and successful negotiation of major contracts took place. Daniel also has a history at Shared Medical Systems, progressing through various technical and management roles. Daniel earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has participated in Siemens Executive Education programs.
