Gautam Mukherjee

Gautam Mukherjee PMP serves as the Vice President of Platform Engineering at NextGen Healthcare since October 2018, leading a product portfolio focused on high-scale enterprise medical record applications and health analytics technologies. Prior to this role, Gautam held the position of Managing Director/GM and Head of India Engineering at Avalara, where significant growth was achieved by expanding the Pune center from 50 to 600 engineers and managing a P&L exceeding 30 million USD. Previous experience includes roles as Engineering Manager at UnitedLex Corporation, Software Engineering Manager at Sigma-Micro, and Software Engineer at Kaplan Financial, among others. Gautam holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Lamar University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science Engineering from Bangalore University.
