Hai Le has extensive experience in the technology sector, primarily in cloud services and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Managed Cloud Services at NextGen Healthcare since June 2012, responsibilities include overseeing 24x7 support for hosting infrastructure, architecting disaster recovery plans, and implementing monitoring solutions using Zabbix Enterprise Monitoring.
