Lee Gildon

Lee Gildon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the R&D Senior Director in the PMO at NextGen Healthcare since April 2015, Lee has focused on providing innovative computer-based practice management and electronic health records solutions for medical and dental practices. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of OIT at the University of Texas at San Antonio from April 2007 to April 2015, Lee developed and implemented a comprehensive IT operational plan that enhanced customer-facing services. Lee's career also includes executive management positions at USAA and CIGNA Healthcare, along with a solid educational foundation, holding an MBA from the University of Houston.
