Mitch Waters

Mitch Waters has extensive experience in healthcare and technology, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at NextGen Healthcare since December 2016. Prior to this, Mitch spent over 27 years at McKesson in various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Account Management and Customer Success, where responsibilities included managing customer retention and satisfaction for hospitals and health systems. Additional roles at McKesson included leading national sales teams, strategic planning, and product launches in medication safety and healthcare solutions. Mitch holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
