Ryan Shea

Ryan Shea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Enterprise Account Director at NextGen Healthcare since March 2022, Ryan manages 20 Enterprise level FQHC clients and leads Gainsight initiatives for account management. Previously, Ryan held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at athenahealth, overseeing a client portfolio of over 70 accounts to drive performance and financial success.
