Sandip Pani is a seasoned engineering professional with over a decade of experience in data analytics and software development. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at NextGen Healthcare since September 2011, Sandip leads the Data Analytic Team, collaborating with stakeholders to align business objectives with technological solutions. Previously, in various roles including Senior Staff Engineer and Senior Software Developer at Dell, Sandip specialized in data modeling, data cleansing, and performance tuning, utilizing expertise in MS-SQL Server. Sandip's career began at IDES Global as a Software Engineer, with earlier experience as a System Engineer at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and a strong academic foundation that includes a Postgraduate Degree in AIML from Texas McCombs School of Business and an MCA in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Orissa.
