Viktoria Krupkin has been a key contributor to NextGen Healthcare since April 2010, progressing from a Collections Specialist and Analyst to Senior Operations Manager. In the current role, Viktoria oversees a team focused on delivering high-quality customer service and operational efficiency, and is responsible for generating comprehensive progress reports and providing financial and operational statistics to upper management. Viktoria holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from CCBC and a degree in Economic Management from Open University in Tel Aviv, Israel.
